Software Development and Handover Standards for System Maintenance
The Software Development and Maintenance Handover Standard, Version 1.0, was established for the operations of the Digital Data Management Office. Its purpose is to ensure that software systems delivered to departments meet quality standards in both functional and technical aspects, and can be properly maintained with minimal risk.
Other departments may also refer to this standard as a guideline when drafting Terms of Reference (TOR) for software development projects, helping reduce risks in software delivery and handover processes.
