ทริคสังเกตลักษณะอีเมลหลอกลวง (Email Phishing)

อีเมลหลอกลวง (Email Phishing) คืออีเมลจากผู้ไม่สงค์ดีหรือมิจฉาชีพ พยายามหลอกลวงขอข้อมูลส่วนตัว รหัสผ่าน หมายเลขบัตรเครดิต หรือข้อมูลที่สำคัญอื่นๆ ที่มีค่า โดยพยายามสร้างรูปแบบที่คล้ายคลึงกับอีเมลจริงๆ เพื่อทำให้ผู้รับมีความตกใจ และดำเนินการตามคำแนะนำจากอีเมล เช่นคลิกลิงก์ที่พาไปเว็บไซต์ปลอม และกรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว หรือคลิกดูไฟล์แนบที่อาจมีไวรัสหรือมัลแวร์ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ได้

 

1. ตรวจสอบอีเมลผู้ส่ง ที่อยู่อีเมลดูผิดปกติหรือไม่ มีตัวตนจริงๆหรือไม่

2. มีการแนบไฟล์หรือลิงก์ที่น่าสงสัย (ไม่ควร คลิกเข้าไป)

3. ไม่ควรคลิกลิงก์เพื่อทำการอัปเดตบัญชี ที่มีการขอข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น รหัสผ่าน หมายเลข บัตรเครดิต หากมีข้อสงสัยควรไปที่ลิงก์ทางการแทน
