These platforms can be accessed through the following channels:<\/p><ul><li><strong>MS Teams<\/strong>: Available both on the website and as a desktop application. It supports usage for executives in conducting meetings, training, and seminars, and for lecturer and staff to support teaching and learning. A form must be filled out to request access.<\/li><\/ul><p>Each platform has different functionalities. Today, we present a comparison of the capabilities of MS Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom, as shown in the image and collaboration on documents integrated with Microsoft 365.<\/li><li>Allows assigning tasks and homework.<\/li><li>Can create breakout rooms, but participants must be fewer than 300 to do so.<\/li><li>Maximum of 1,000 online participants.<\/li><li>Displays up to 49 participant screens.<\/li><li>Can hold online meetings with external individuals.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Disadvantages<\/strong>:<ul><li>Meeting recordings can be saved on the cloud for only 30 days.<\/li><li>Quite complex with many functions, which may confuse new users and require time to learn.<\/li><li>Students cannot create classrooms.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Google Meet<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Advantages<\/strong>:<ul><li>Quickly creates online meetings.<\/li><li>Long meeting duration.<\/li><li>Meeting recordings are saved in Google Drive.<\/li><li>Can collaborate on documents integrated with Google Workspace.<\/li><li>Can create up to 1,000 breakout rooms.<\/li><li>Displays up to 49 participant screens, but additional applications can increase the number of screens.<\/li><li>Can hold online meetings with external individuals.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Disadvantages<\/strong>:<ul><li>Maximum of 500 participants.<\/li><li>No function for creating classrooms or assigning tasks and homework.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Zooms<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Advantages<\/strong>:<ul><li>Easy to use and can quickly create online meetings.<\/li><li>During meetings, you can chat both in groups and privately.<\/li><li>Displays up to 49 participant screens.<\/li><li>Can hold online meetings with external individuals.<\/li><li>Can stream live meetings to other platforms such as YouTube or Facebook.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Disadvantages<\/strong>:<ul><li>Maximum of 300 participants.<\/li><li>Students cannot use the service.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a229d9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con
